2023 TES-SAN TMS Alphaset-CO2 resin sand mixer, built in Konya, Turkey. Used to prepare moulding and core sand with Alphaset (alkaline phenolic) and CO2 binders.
Single-arm continuous screw mixer: sand is fed from the hopper into the screw trough while resin and hardener are dosed for a homogeneous mix. Resin and hardener pumps are inverter-controlled.
Supplied with a sand hopper with sight glass, steel support structure and an electrical control cabinet with touchscreen HMI.
ZENES can handle dismantling, transport, installation and commissioning at the new plant.
