2019 ICS induction melting furnace with 600 kW IGBT power supply. Single crucible, 1000 kg capacity, in working condition.
Offered as a complete system: power unit, crucible, hydraulic tilting and lid control desk, furnace transformer, MV switchgear cells and two closed-circuit cooling towers.
The PLC-controlled power unit has kW and earth-leakage displays and an automatic sintering program. The cooling circuit is monitored with converter and crucible inlet water temperature gauges and inner/outer water pressure gauges.
ZENES can handle dismantling, transport, installation and commissioning at the new plant.
