What sets us apart
We are not a general import agent but engineers who build plants. We look at how a machine will perform on the shop floor, not how it looks in a catalogue. We account for power supply, building, layout, energy and maintenance from the start, and compare European, Turkish and Chinese technologies to recommend what fits.
Transparency: brands represented by ZENES are stated separately. In sourcing projects we work on behalf of our client and take no hidden commissions from factories. The equipment price is paid directly to the manufacturer; we invoice only our service fee.

Fees
A fixed project fee (defined work such as research, reports or audits), an order-based commission (end-to-end sourcing) or a combination. Each project receives its own quotation.

Do we pay you or the factory?
The equipment price is paid directly to the manufacturer. We invoice only our service fee, so you always see where your money goes.
Is it only industrial machinery?
No. We source machinery, equipment and spare parts for every sector, including food, agriculture, packaging, building materials, energy and textiles.
Do you really visit the factory?
Yes. We visit ourselves or with our field team in China and report with photos and video. If you wish, we visit together with you.
Do you work with small orders?
Yes. For small or one-off jobs a fixed-fee research or inspection service is usually the better fit.
Do you build complete factories?
Yes. We manage turnkey plant projects from feasibility and machine selection to building, electrical infrastructure, installation and training.
What if there is a problem after delivery?
Warranty and service terms are fixed in the contract from the start, and we support installation, commissioning and spare parts supply.
Do you serve companies outside Türkiye?
Yes. We serve companies in the Balkans, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia.
